По скилам лучника.

Archer Skills

Rising Arrow: 5/5 -> 1/5
This is your most useful Archer/Pathfinder skill, since its what you'll use to knock enemies into the air till much later in the game. At level 5 it hits the max number of mobs, and you want to get as many monsters in your aas as possible right? Note: Later on you will only want this at lvl1 because you'll get plenty of other skills that launch and you'll need the extra skill points.

Anti-Air Shot: 5/5
Im not gonna explain why to get this, just get it.

Bow Mastery: 5/5
Free damage is always welcome

Shootdown: 1/1
Prereq, I have never actully used this skill unless for some reason im jumping and theres a single monster below me

Multishot: 5/5
THIS IS YOUR BEST 1v1 SKILL AGAINST BOSSES EVER. THE AMOUNT OF ARCHERS THAT DONT GET OR EVEN KEEP THIS SKILL REALLY ANNOYS ME. SPAM THIS REPEATEDLY AGAINST BOSSES OR EVEN PVM 1v1.

Other Skills:
Moonwalk - Dash works better then this
Moonwalk Shot - Ok, if your planing on resetting right away after archer, you can consider this, otherwise no. This is basically your only AoE skill as an archer and hit hits in a line (different from rising shot). Its still a little hard to pull off and you definatly do not what this later.
Double Shot - Worthless since it does way less damage then multishot.
Relaunch - Later on your other skills will all have relaunch properties making this useless
Windwalk - Waste of skill points since movement really dosnt do anything. Your armor set also gives movement anyway.

Pathfinder Skills

Bird Watching: 5/5
Must get for +20 in str/agi. Just do me a favor and turn off the chicken head.

Arrow Shower: 5/5
This skill alone makes you a combo god. Only problem is it dosnt do much damage and its addicting to spam it just to see giant numbers in your combo...either way this is a must get skill.

Rocket Launcher: 1/5
Prereq. Alot of Pathfinders i see max this, but as for me this skill has never been on my skill bar. Its basically just another relaunch skill but it has a animation delay like multishot. If your resetting after path this is a very useful skill, else dont waste your points.

Wolf Rush: 5/5
This is in my opinion your best skill. At lvl3 it hits fallen enemies, at lvl5 it relaunches. It hits up to 7 enemies in a line and competely rapes anything unfortunate enough to be in that line. Max this asap.

Adv. Bow Mastery: 5/5
More free damage. Yes this skill is broken right now, but im keeping it for when they fix it. If you want to skip this i wont  bother you about it (until it gets fixed and ill laugh cause you'll have to waste a skill reset)

Hallucination: 5/5
This skill basically makes you invulnerable for 15 seconds. It has a 60 second cooldown which might make it not seem as good, but still. Nothing (besides magic) can touch you for 1/4 of the time. This is not only a good pvp skill but its invaluble against bosses.

Other Skills:
Bleed - Low damage, and non-existant "bleed" damage
Acid Arrow - This is another skill alot of Path's like to get. Decent damage and lowers enemy defense, hits fallen monsters at lvl3. The poison damage isnt anything...literally. The only thing that makes this skill debatable for me is the lowering of enemy defense, but then i highly doubt it works against bosses which would be the only really helpful use, and theres the skill point issue.
Sharpshooting - If you like 6 second animation delays, this skill is for you. Good luck actully getting it off in combat though.
Netbind - This seems like a useful skill when you first look at it...but consider that your enemies can still attack you, use skills, and it only stops them from moving for 3 seconds...
Disruption Web - I doubt this does any kind of decent damage but ive never used it. Although even if you consider it was useful, consider that it would take 105 skill points just to max this skill (with Netbind lvl1)
Mesmerize - Assuming the enemy does not actully have to hit you for the damage reflect, and assuming it works on skill damage, this could be useful. Except even then it only works 20% of the time (maxed). Im not going to say dont get this skill because i havnt tried it, and i would actully like to try it, im just not sure how effective it is. Although this would still be purely pvp. Pvm monsters dont do enough damage to make this useful at all.

Ranger Skills
Pierce: 3/5
Now this skill is cool, it turns your normal X attack into an aoe line attack. Each level lets you hit an extra enemy so at lvl3 you can hit 4 at a time. Theres really no reason you should be X attacking a mob of more then 3-4 monsters ever, but this still comes in handy and is really cool.

Pinpoint Mastery: 3/5
Once you have this skill, you will never use another aim rate equip. In fact I consider it my sworn duty as a Ranger to reject the usefulness of aim rate because it is such a useless stat because you'll have 160+ aim rate with no aim rate gears with this skill. At level 3 it lasts 60 seconds, which is just as long as the cooldown lasts. Spiffy.

Weakness Detection: 5/5
This is the REAL reason we got Pinpoint. As if never needed to waste money on aim rate gears and being able to use more agi/crit damage gears wasnt enough, this skill adds even MORE aim rate and 15% HARD CRIT RATE. Since this is a SKILL it ADDS to your base crit rate insted of being multiplied. For those who dont understand, skill makes more red numbers, get skill.

Falcon Frenzy: 5/5
At lvl3 this skill hits fallen enemies, at lvl5 this skill launches them. This skill is interesting, its like a second wolf rush but it only hits at 3 points in front of you insted of a full line. This might not sound very convenient but its still very effective as a ground skill. But THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD USE THIS SKILL. The real beauty of this skill is it hit enemies THAT ARE IN THE AIR. Basically if you launch enemies with Wolf Rush then use this skill immediatly after, it will hit all the enemies you just threw in the air with wolf rush plus possibly enemies wolf rush missed that are on the ground. This will become one of your main skills, hotkey it and use it.

Falcon Mastery: 5/5
Dosn't cost alot of skill points, and this increases your falcon damage by ALOT, and as always, free damage is always welcome.

Blitz: 5/5
Your other falcon skill, lvl3 hits fallen. This skill launches at lvl1 and is what i consider Wolf Rush's twin sister. Its basically the exact same thing as wolf rush except insted of in a line, this hits a large area in front of you. This is your other main spammable skill, get it asap. Note that it might be benefical to keep this skill at lvl3 till later in your build.

Ill just warn you right here, Im not expirenced with the trap skills and dont have these in my build, but im thinking of getitng this with my last skill points.
Claymore: 1/5
Prereq, from what ive heard the damage isnt that great anyway.

Spring Trap: 1/1
Prereq again, maybe a minor annoyance in pvp, pvm sounds like too much trouble.

Splash Trap: 1/5
Prereqqing, this might do an acceptable amount of damage, but your skills should still do more, and expecting someone, even a boss, to run over to your trap and take damage from it isnt a very practical way of doing damage.

Freeze Trap: 1/5
Despite the 1/5 appearence, I dont consider this a prereq. Leveling this only increases the length of time you opponet is frozen though, and it dosnt increase it by enough to be useful. But even with the 10 second cooldown id assume if you littered a pvp field with these it would make it tough to get around no? I dont think anyone wants to sit frozen and helpless for 3 seconds waiting for someone to nuke them with throwing daggers or something.

Silence Trap: 1/5
Same idea as Freeze trap, just in silence form.

Other Skills:
Detonator - As far as i know only Claymore uses this, since Freeze and Silence should activte when they are stepped on.
Untouchable - I dont know how much damage this skill does, but even if it were alot it dosnt matter. Putting yourself at 1HP/1MP is never a good idea, and this skill sticks out like a sore thumb. You activate it and you run around like an idiot with a countdown above your head. Idk if its just me, but if i see someone with a countdown over they're head im going to run as far away from that crazy idiot as possible.

Extra Tips
- MAX MULTISHOT AND USE IT
- On Bosses you shouldnt run out of cooldowns if you use Multishot -> Wolf Rush -> Frenzy -> Blitz -> Multishot -> Arrow Shower -> Wolf Rush -> Blitz ect.
- Note that some people have this slow AAS problem. I have this problem because I use a laptop. Just because you have slow AAS does not mean you cant play an archer, just make full use of your skills and USE MULTISHOT.
- All of your options should be AGI except your weapon and your quiver, which should be crit damage. If critdamage/agi is not possible, the next best is agi(for wep/quiver) -> dodge rate -> crit rate -> strength -> health. In that order
